the restaurant in the lobby had very nice taste and superb service, that was a great experience. my room was very clean and featured a minimalistic design, it felt very modern and fresh. i loved the complimentary mini bar, it was stocked with free alcohol, such a treat!
the check-in process was a bit slow. i wish it had been more prompt.

the swimming pool was closed for maintenance . breakfast service felt disorganized. it was hard to find someone to assist, and the staff seemed generally uninterested in providing support. this was especially disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the room itself was spacious enough and provided necessary amenities.
check-in took a while, no one greeted me at the door upon arrival, and the lobby felt chaotic.. there were power failures disrupting bathing and other tasks, leaving me quite inconvenienced. i found a used pillow cover in my room near the tv rack, and the wc cleanliness left much to be desired.
